3. The search. I send you homes that actually fit, and we tour the ones worth your time.

4. The offer. This is where my negotiating background comes in. I go after the best price and terms for you.

5. Inspection to closing. I stay on top of every deadline and every detail so nothing slips.

6. Keys in hand. And I'm still here after closing if you need anything.
